共筑教育美好明天
                                                                              ——环球青少年大使计划序言

        什么是教育,教育有什么用?关于教育的争议从未停止。作为自然界生命的一种,人类的本能让我们自然希望一代更比一代强。出于爱,出于现实需要,我们希望把代际积累下来的自然和社会知识、技能传承下去,减少下一代人追寻和探索的时间,让生命的价值更高更美好。同时也希望下一代可以找出更多人和自然的规律,创造更新更美好的生活方式。教育由此产生,由此持续,由此无限延伸。
        我们无法培育标准的人,因为那不符合生命的本质。教育因此不应该标准化。但是,没有规律的事情往往无法持续,感谢历代先贤,教育很早就有了它的规律性的部分。我们有了学科,语文、数学、科学、经济、社会、心理、哲学,凡此种种。我们有了学前教育、大中小学、教师、教授、教室、操场、图书馆,举世皆有。实际上我们看到了标准化教育体系早已存在,无可争议。正因如此,个性化和创新的问题就一直是教育界永恒的话题和谜团。每个学校有她的个性,每个老师,每个学生,每个教室,每个图书馆,每一项体育课、每一个国家、地区、城市,我们都清楚那里散发着充满个性和创意的气息,如同每一个建筑物、每一个组织团体一样,个性和创新一直无处不在,连校园味道都不一样。在当今时代,网络学习、家庭学校开始改变教育世界。标准化的教育即将被因信息快速流通而导致的日新月异的教育理念和方法冲击得面目全非。我们开始在标准化和个性化之间寻找新的平衡。
        首先,我们可以通过信息化获取最优质的教育理念和方法,最优秀的师资,一定程度上改善教育资源分配不均造成的不公平和发现最新的思想和方法,最快速度更新知识和能力。其次我们可以通过校际、城际、国际的交流实现上述目的。因此我们可以在标准化的体系下,通过技术手段和交流方法在标准化教育的基础上发现个性差异、发现不同机会、发现一切有利于更新教育质量的东西。正如经济全球化一样,教育资源的全球化将极大的改变教育现状,改变人类的下一代社会形态,终将改变世界。
        然而,由于世界依然是多元的,国家差异依旧存在。教育体系更是千差万别。信息化无法取代教育这个有感情、有体验、有人文关怀和人类个体特征、不同时间不同地点、不同环境下、有不同表现的个性化事业。她不是工业、农业,教育的每一个时间点、教学点都是不同的。也许正因如此,我们各文化体之间的差别没有在缩小,一直在扩大。各国分歧、文化差差异依然让这个世界充满争执甚至战争的危险,这不是所有人希望看到的。我们都试图改变她。
        环球青少年大使计划正是基于这个人类历史背景和国际社会发展的需求前提下应运而生。我们希望通过这个新的全球化教育组织,新的世界学校社区,为教育资源的共享搭建信息和人际、代际交流的平台,融通各国教育体系,整合最新教育资源和人才,让创新的血液在全球流淌,实现人类血脉相连、共同进步,创造一个从心里流淌的和平信念、从个体之间建立的坚强友情基础上诞生的未来人类社会。在那里人和人之间越来越互相理解,沟通越来越容易,创新越来越快,世界越来越美好!
        我们知道世界上有很多类似组织在向着同一个目标努力。比如联合国教科文组织。然而我们依然相信我们的存在是必要的。当今世界的许多组织由于没有和产业结合而无法提供更具体更有效的教育组织间服务。每个国家每个城市或许都有教育国际交流机构,但是他们依然没有满足大部分学校、学生、老师、家长和教育管理者的具体需求,比如学生互换、教师互换、教材互换、教室互换、评估体系和创新体系的互换等一对一需求。环球青少年大使计划的目标更聚焦在青少年阶段的教育资源互换,更具体地参与和执行教育交流项目,弥补因国际政治、文化的需要而被忽略的人类文化融合、教育创新交流等现实缺陷,为产业服务教育开创新的通道。
        环球青少年大使计划主要服务对象是中小学,通过会员学校的资源互换,最大程度地促进教育公平与创新,为每一个会员学校的师生家长提供教育新机遇。
        环球青少年大使计划是全球性国际学校组织主办的,由Advanced International Academy(AIA)在全球各城市办公室执行的全球学校教育资源共享计划。其核心价值和使命是:实现教育资源共享,促进教育公平与创新,为教育全球化、信息化而努力。其主要项目包括:师生交换、课程交换、课堂交换、国际比赛、国际冬夏令营、国际师生、家长、校长俱乐部等。已在美国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、中国北京、成都、青岛、昆明、郑州、长沙设有办公室。已有全球300多所学校加入,并以每年200所的速度在增加。参加过该计划的学生已超过10万人次。大使计划每年在世界城市轮流举办春季和秋季交流大会,全球各会员学校师生、家长、校长、教育官员等聚集一堂,欢庆世界教育嘉年华!

Building A Better Tomorrow for Education Together!- Preface for GYAP Initiative 

What is education and what is education used for? The controversy over education never stops. As a kind of life in nature, human instinct makes us naturally hope that each generation will be stronger than the next. Out of love and practical needs, we hope to pass on the natural and social knowledge and skills accumulated from generation to generation, reduce the time for the next generation to pursue and explore, and make the value of life higher and better. At the same time, we also hope that the next generation can find out more about the laws of man and nature and create a newer and better way of life. Education arises from this, continues from this, and extends infinitely from this. 

We cannot raise standard people because that is inconsistent with the nature of life. Education should therefore not be standardized. However, things without rules often cannot last. Thanks to the sages of the past generations, education has had its regular part very early. We have subjects such as Chinese, mathematics, science, economics, society, psychology, philosophy, and so on. We have pre-school education, primary and secondary schools, teachers, professors, classrooms, playgrounds, libraries, all over the world. In fact, we see that the standardized education system has already existed, which is indisputable. Because of this, the issues of personalization and innovation have always been eternal topics and mysteries in the education world. Every school has its own personality, every teacher, every student, every classroom, every library, every physical education class, every country, region, and city. We all know that there is a culture full of personality and creativity. Atmosphere, like every building and every organizational group, personality and innovation are always present everywhere, even the taste of the campus is different. In today's era, online learning and homeschooling have begun to change the educational world. Standardized education is about to be impacted beyond recognition by the ever-changing educational concepts and methods caused by the rapid flow of information. We are starting to find a new balance between standardization and personalization. 

First of all, we can obtain the best educational concepts and methods and the best teachers through informatization, improve the unfairness caused by uneven distribution of educational resources to a certain extent, discover the latest ideas and methods, and update knowledge and abilities as quickly as possible. Secondly, we can achieve the above goals through inter-school, inter-city and international exchanges. Therefore, under a standardized system, we can use technical means and communication methods to discover personality differences, discover different opportunities, and discover everything that is conducive to updating the quality of education on the basis of standardized education. Just like economic globalization, the globalization of educational resources will greatly change the status quo of education, change the social form of the next generation of mankind, and ultimately change the world. 

However, because the world remains diverse, national differences still exist. Education systems are even more diverse. Informatization cannot replace education, a personalized career that has emotions, experiences, humanistic care and individual human characteristics, and has different performances at different times, places, and environments. It is not industry or agriculture. Every time point and teaching point of education is different. Perhaps because of this, the differences between our various cultural groups are not narrowing, but expanding. Differences between countries and cultural differences still make the world full of disputes and even the danger of war. This is not what everyone wants to see. We all tried to change her. 

The Global Youth Ambassador Program came into being based on this historical background of mankind and the needs of international social development. We hope that through this new global education organization and new world school community, we can build a platform for information and interpersonal and intergenerational exchanges for the sharing of educational resources, integrate the education systems of various countries, integrate the latest educational resources and talents, and let the blood of innovation flow in Flow around the world, realize human blood connection and common progress, and create a future human society born on the basis of the belief in peace flowing from the heart and the strong friendship established between individuals. There, people understand each other more and more, communication becomes easier and faster, innovation becomes faster and faster, and the world becomes better and better! 

We know there are many similar organizations around the world working towards the same goal. Such as UNESCO. Yet we still believe our existence is necessary. Many organizations in today's world are unable to provide more specific and effective educational inter-organizational services because they are not integrated with industry. There may be international educational exchange institutions in every country and city, but they still do not meet the specific needs of most schools, students, teachers, parents and educational administrators, such as student exchange, teacher exchange, teaching material exchange, classroom exchange One-to-one needs such as interchange, interchange of evaluation systems and innovation systems. 

The goal of the Global Youth Ambassador Project is to focus more on the exchange of educational resources at the youth stage, to more specifically participate in and implement educational exchange projects, and to make up for practical shortcomings such as human cultural integration and educational innovation exchanges that have been ignored due to the needs of international politics and culture. Create new channels for industrial service education.

The Global Youth Ambassador Project mainly serves primary and secondary schools. Through the exchange of resources among member schools, it promotes educational equity and innovation to the greatest extent, and provides new educational opportunities for teachers, students and parents of each member school. The Global Youth Ambassador Project  is a global school education resource sharing program sponsored by a global international school organization and implemented by Advanced International Academy (AIA) in offices in cities around the world. Its core values and mission are: to realize the sharing of educational resources, promote educational equity and innovation, and strive for the globalization and informatization of education. Its main projects include: teacher-student exchange, course exchange, classroom exchange, international competitions, international winter and summer camps, international teachers-students, parents, principal clubs, etc. It has offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Beijing, Chengdu, Qingdao, Kunming, Zhengzhou and Changsha. More than 1000 schools around the world have joined, and the number is increasing at a rate of 200 every year. More than 100,000 students have participated in the program. The Ambassador Program holds spring and autumn exchange conferences in cities around the world every year. Teachers, students, parents, principals, education officials, etc. from member schools around the world gather together to celebrate the World Education Carnival!
