环球青少年大使计划启动仪式在渭南举行

    2016年2月29日，中外校长峰会暨环球青少年大使计划启动仪式在陕西渭南隆重举行， 15位来自美国、加拿大、英国、新西兰的教育局官员和中小学校长，以及广东中山大学剑桥国际学校、西安中学等300多位来自国内的中小学校长参加了此次会议。

   教育部原普通话推广处处长、中国语文现代化学会原副会长兼秘书长袁钟瑞先生，天津师范大学国际教育交流学院教授、兼教育部汉语能力测试学术委员会委员谭汝为先生，文化部中国传统文化促进会常务理事、中国青少年素质教育发展中心主任顾卫南先生等也出席了会议并致辞。

    在两天的交流活动中，与会人员通过演讲交流、中外课堂展示等，让双方学校深入了解、促进国际校际交流。会议还启动了“环球青少年大使计划”。该计划将搭设一个跨国界的校际交流及互动平台。在平台上，通过校际互动及规模化的运作，促成国家交流和国际项目的简易化及可行性。此项目将全球上千所学校链接在一起，开展中外互访、师生互换、课堂互换、插班学习、家长交流、国际双文凭及国际大赛等活动，让会员学校的国际校际交流成为常态。

    圣地亚哥湖滨区教育局局长 David:我们非常荣幸代表圣地亚哥湖滨区教育局参加此次环球青少年大使计划校长峰会论坛，与教育界各位同仁一起商讨并建立全球化友好关系。

   江苏泰州外国语学校校长 曹文兵:我们来的目的是，一是开眼界、拓宽我们的国际教育视野。第二呢是交朋友，结交国内外的朋友，第三，可以交流我们国际办学的经验 。

“21世纪杯”联合国环球青少年大使国际大赛是环球青少年计划的重要组成部分，与会嘉宾纷纷对21世纪杯联合国环球青少年大使国际赛表达的自己的期望和祝福：

I think it will be fantastic to hear from students from it Chengdu, or Beijing, or Xi’an as well as students from Toronto, or small city of Starnia, or Vancouver. Since it's a global program.

And, although it's a competition, what we want to share with you, that it’s often not about the outcome, but about the journey. So, its going to be an exciting learning journey. It’s gonna be the first annual 2016 global youth ambassador program and it will give you an amazing opportunity to come to United Nations, in New York.
